Hello, I'm John Mulder, Chief Executive Officer of Bendigo Health.
It gives me great pleasure to present to you a first for Bendigo Health and indeed Victoria, when it comes to our Quality of Care Report for 2011.
The development of our interactive online format delivers quality of care information to our community in an accessible and easy to understand way.
The 2011 interactive report highlights some of our quality and safety systems, processes and outcomes.
Our Quality Unit at Bendigo Health has produced this report after extensive consultation with our Quality Care Council, the Community Advisory Committee and our staff at Bendigo Health.
As with every year's report, we are keen to hear your feedback and encourage you to submit your comments via the feedback link.
It is only with your feedback that we can improve our presentation and content of information, making it relevant and accessible to the community that relies on our services.
